I made this last night and I have to say this is one of my favourite treats! I say “treats” because it is pretty carb dense so I wouldn’t eat this for all my meals, but as always moderation is key! I added a whole package of tofu, substituted almond milk for coconut milk (primarily because I didn’t have any), didn’t use any of the sugar, and used Udon noodles instead of rice! This is soo filling, and I only would eat about a fifth of the batch I made. Give it a try! Super easy to make.
